During the Aniplex Online Fest 2023, fans were treated to the latest Solo Leveling trailer, giving us a glimpse into the thrilling adventures of Jin-Woo, humanity’s weakest hunter. In a fateful encounter within a mysterious double dungeon, Jin-Woo obtains a powerful program called the ‘System’ that allows him to level up and become an unstoppable force.

Produced by Crunchyroll and A1-Pictures, the Solo Leveling anime will be exclusively available for streaming on Crunchyroll next year. This collaboration ensures that fans will experience the captivating story and jaw-dropping battles in all their animated glory.

With the anime adaptation, there have been some changes to the setting, as the story now takes place in Japan instead of Korea. However, the heart of the series remains the same, with Sung Jin-woo’s journey from the weakest E-rank hunter to the world’s most formidable hunter.

The talented production staff behind the Solo Leveling anime includes DUBU (REDICE Studio) and Chugong as the original creators, A-1 Pictures as the animation studio, Shunsuke Nakashige as the director, Tomoko Sudo as the character designer, Noboru Kimura as the head writer, and Hiroyuki Sawano composing the music.

We also have a glimpse of the cast, with Taito Ban voicing Sung Jin-woo, Reina Ueda as Cha Hae-In, and Hiroki Touchi as Baek Yoonho. While the setting may have changed, Sung Jin-woo will always hold a special place in our hearts.
